My laptop shut down automatically

Hi,

My laptop shut down shortly after I turned it on by itself!

I tried to log with my other account and no problem faced, but when I log to my main account it will shut down automatically like in less than 5 minutes.

Could you please help me?


My laptop is Lenovo T420 Windows 10 (OS)

Make certwin it is not a profile setting such as battery life shutdown. Log into the Good aaacount, and take note of settings for shutdown when in power or not. Then compare with your profile. You may need to copy all of the users folder, and delete and recreate the profile.
