Facebook Identity Confirmation

Hello,
Please i need your help to contact Facebook directly or if you can assist me i would be glad.
I was asked to confirm my identity by text only but i don't get the text on my Phone from Facebook.
I could identify tagged friends or anything else to do but the phone number method isn't working..
What do i do i am very much confuse right now please help
