Select EMAIL's going to archive folder.....

Hello to all,
I recently had my EMAIL hacked in some form. The hacker went into my Amazon account using an EMAIL I had from them (Amazon). This question is only related to my Yahoo Mail. Ever since they got in (I've since changed my password) all EMAIL's I get from Amazon go directly into my "archive folder" rather than the inbox like they did prior to this event. Is there somewhere that I'm not familiar with to go and correct this issue? Thanks for any help.
