Fans Turn on LED's turn on Computer still does not display

Yesterday I went to turn on my computer but it ended up not displaying anything everything turned on like it normally would just no display I changed the ram out still nothing all of the internal components have been tested on a different computer and they work elsewhere what does everyone think we narrowed it down to being either the CPU or my motherboard.

Boot without the ram. Does it show a different indication? If no, then the mb is bad. if yes , check the monitor cable. If cable is good, the cpu might be bad.
