I cannot access my email account it is saying I do not have the correct email address and password this is ongoing since Thursday 30th May. I cannot find a contact number for Yahoo and Sky cannot find a fault. Can you please help

Of course there is no contact number for Yahoo, they could not handle the millions of calls.
Are you trying to connect with the original device you created the account with and in the same country?
