Can't load facebook page from any BROWSERS or NETWORKS

Hello, I am unable to load the main facebook page, not saying that it loads strange, saying it doesn't even load, it shows the same message as if I didn't have Internet!

I tried on every browser and on every connections, even the hotspot of my phone, it doesn't load.

I can access the site https://it-it.facebook.com/ but when I try to log in it takes me to www.facebook.com, which doesn't load!
