Hi,
I just bought a new phone, got a new phone number, and I no longer have access to my old phone. I apparently didn't set up a backup number or a backup email to recover it.
Now I'm locked out. Please help. What can I do?
email address is ***@***
but if they're going to email me an answer it's not gonna do me any good, being that I can't access my email.
Again, my old phone number does not exist anymore. How can I now verify I'm me and regain access to my email>

Hi Luke,

If when you created the account you have not registered an alternative phone number or email, you cannot receive a reset code, hence account recovery is impossible.
