Hacked facebook account

Hello,

One of my Facebook friends has had exactly thesame problem as this lady. He can't access his account at all as the person whom hacked it changed his email and password and now even his profile picture and name. However, his previous posts are still in the timeline.

I would just like to know if you guys resolved this problem? If so, how did you do it?
We tried the Facebook.com/hacked and nobody has come back to us.
