Cannot Verify Identity

Hello,

So. Been locked out of FB last few days. Personal account is ‘hidden’ and business Pages whilst visible, cannot be edited - I have no admin etc. Cannot log into main account.

Verification process draws a blank. It’s a vicious circle. I correctly identify all my friends pictures, then get told this feature is not available.

Most of the FB help pages / suggestions require a login. Plus there’s apparently no direct help contact with FB.

I’m able to change my password, but then back into the whole, verify identity vortex.

Am stuck. Not bothered about personal account, but I NEED access to my business page.

Anyone had similar issues? Anyone resolved them, or have an idea as to who I can contact?!

I'm in exactly the same position.
I've deleted all my cookies and temporary files, I've used different computer / browsers. Every time I'm able to redo the identity thing (which seems only once a day) it says it's unavailable.

Let me know if you are able to fix anything.

Interestingly today, there was another option on the identity verification process where it asks you to identify 4 of your own recent comments from a selection. But again, despite getting it right, it says "this isn't available". Really annoying... :(
