Cannot Verify My Identity

Hello,

So. Been locked out of FB last few days. Personal account is ‘hidden’ and business Pages whilst visible, cannot be edited - I have no admin etc. Cannot log into main account.

Verification process draws a blank. It’s a vicious circle. I correctly identify all my friends pictures, then get told this feature is not available.

Most of the FB help pages / suggestions require a login. Plus there’s apparently no direct help contact with FB.

I’m able to change my password, but then back into the whole, verify identity vortex.

Am stuck. Not bothered about personal account, but I NEED access to my business page.

Anyone had similar issues? Anyone resolved them, or have an idea as to who I can contact?!

It sounds like facebook is broken!

There is not a fix that can be suggested that would help the user. If the whole process is broken, no user can do anything about it.

Perhaps you could just abandon your account, that would show them! Like they care!!!

HA! Honestly, I’m not that bothered about my
personal account. But I run a couple of business pages and I cannot access those - that’s the real problem ????

Oh I get it. That is why I would never place my fate and destiny in the hands of a thief! You would never get this kind of services from a real organization, being run by a compitent person.
