"too many usb devices connected error"

I've read the suggested fixes, but they're all predicated on having a controller that is not depleted (battery).

Can't use bluetooth connection if the controller won't turn on, now can I?

Any usb port will charge the controller. It doesnt have to be the console. Place it into a pc.
