Hello,
my ipod will not show up in my computer as a device or anything, it charges, but it have no way to connect and change the music, it doesnt even show up in itunes, what do i do? write back...

hi,

try to connect it to another USB port.

or try to download the latest version or iTunes.

you may update it by going to start > all programs > Apple sotware update.
