I cannot log into my Facebook account

I created my Facebook account couple days ago and they asking me to enter my phone number but I lost my SIM card because they are going to send me a code to log in but I do not got my phone how can I login without they asked me that I'm trying to change that number and to put a different number or a email they could send me that code to login

Hi

Unless you registered an alternate email there is nothing that can be done to recover your account.
