My Playstation Doesn't Allow Me to Connect to the Internet

Hey, this is my first time around here. So anyways, I've had this PS3 for 5-6 years and has never had a problem connecting to the internet but today August 2nd, 2019 is when the PS3 didn't allow me to connect to the internet. Every time I'll go to the Network Settings and connect to the internet and I'll be stuck in this screen
I need help! Please provide assistance as soon as possible.
Note: The Playstation is in Spanish

Turn off the ps3. Restart the wifi router. try again.

I have done that 5 times already. Still no result

Hello,
I am having trouble connecting my ps3 to my wireless internet, I have checked and restarted my router multiple times and strangely enough my laptop can connect to my wireless internet very easily.

Please can someone help me figure out whats wrong with my ps3 and help me fix it.


Configuration: Mac OS X / Firefox 10.0.2

Hello,
I use firefox. I know that my connection is fine, but my firefox screen is blank. The internet explorer screen won't work either - says unable to load page.
Can anybody help?
