Dell inspiro 15 5000 series some keys of keyboard are not working Closed

Hello, 

I am facing this issue since last two days. Some keys [b, n, /, backspace, left arrow, down arrow, right arrow, 2 from numLock] suddenly stopped working. I tried the solution posted. but doesn't work.

Hello,

I believe same problem has been mentioned on below link. I tried the solution posted by Zohaib R.
It didn't work for me.

Please suggest a solution. I know that trouble is not related with hardware. It suddenly happened after two weeks of windows 10 update.
