Change the phone number to my old Yahoo account

I’m trying to change my number to my old yahoo account because I don’t know the password it’s old and I haven’t used it in so long
System Configuration: iPhone / Safari 12.1.2

Hi,

You can not change your phone number if you don't have access to your account.

In addition, if you haven't logged into the account for 12 months, it has been deleted due to inactivity.
