Hey friends,
Hope you all are doing well. I have a quick question and would appreciate your input...
I have an old Acer Aspire laptop (Nov. 2008) running Windows 7, and it is very slow. What can I do to speed it up as much as possible.

Hi,
To speed up your slow computer, you can download CCleaner to clean up unnecessary files accumulated on the hard disk. Also, disable from this software, programs starting automatically at startup and uninstall any software you do not use.
Next, perform a full antivirus scan of your computer to make sure that no malware and viruses are installed.
Finally, defragment your hard disk. To do so, go to My Computer. Right-click on the system hard disk and select Properties > Tools > Defragment Now.
