Hello,
My Toshiba laptop will come on and then shut right back off even with the charger in it but when I but the take the battery out and turn it on it will come on why is that
System Configuration: Android / Chrome 77.0.3865.116

Hi,

A dead battery can interfere with the computer's start-up. As your computer can't start with the battery connected, you will need to replace the battery.
