Account recovery

I couldn't access my yahoo mail and it contained importants info about me
I'm in so much distress.
I couldn't access the alternative email which was the email of the man who helped me and he's since no more..
Also, the number I could've used isn't accessible now as I'm using another line..
The account is more than 12years

I will appreciate a helping words
I'm a Nigerian and the email is ***@***
