My Laptop doesn't turn onClosed

Hello, 


My Acer Aspire ES 14 wont turn on and I had tried the battery reset technique but it doesn't still work. I have unpluged the power cord and battery then hold the power button for a minute and i followed the instructions buy it still doesn't work. Please help me... What am i gonna do?

System Configuration: Android / Chrome 77.0.3865.116

Hello,

If you laptop is still not working after following these steps for the battery reset, then based on your reply there could be a larger issue. Do any lights on the computer turn on and have you tried a different charger?

Please take your PC to a professional servicer if the issues persists.
