IP address unavailable on my LG x power

I keep getting kicked off my wifi network at home. It obtains and then disables. When I check status of phone it displays IP address as "unavailable". Set up visitor network in case too many devices were connected but still getting disabled. Checked the router and there is no issue (other devices connected with no problem) Suggestions please!

Hi,
Perhaps your phone is losing the WiFi signal. Does it reconnect to WiFi if the signal increases?
You can try resetting your phone's network settings by going to Settings > Backup & Reset > Network Settings Reset > Reset Settings.
