You requested to many SMS you have to wait 24 what do I do now

Why do I have to wait until I can get another code it keeps saying you you have requested to many SMS code and I have to wait 24 hours to get another this been going on for 6 days and I'm still having problems

I suggest you try recover your Facebook account.

Go to https://www.facebook.com/login/identify/ and follow the instructions.

Do you use the Facebook app on your mobile? If yes, use your PC instead.

Ok, try opening Facebook from your computer.
