Hi,
Press the Windows + R keys. Type ncpa.cpl in the Run window and press Enter. Right-click on your wireless adapter and choose Disable. Then right-click again and choose Enable. Once done, restart your computer.
If the available networks still don't appear, open the Start menu and click on the Settings icon and go to Update & Security > Troubleshoot. Choose Internet Connections > Run the troubleshooter. You can also try the Network Adapter option in the troubleshooter, if the previous option doesn't solve the problem.
