Hi,
If your user account is associated with a Microsoft account, you can reset the password by following the instructions described on this page.
However, if you're using a local account instead of a Microsoft account, you must reinstall Windows, but keep in mind that you'll lose all your personal data. For more info about password recovery, see this help page.
