Hello,
My compy is having the same problem. Im running Vista on an inspiron 1720, with the latest versions of both Firefox and IE (although I uninstalled Firefox 3.5 beta). Im using my other laptop (not sure what it is, but it is a dell that runs XP) to connect. I get it fine on this one, well as fine of a connection you can get on a 4 year old computer, anyway. IT will not connect, and I am uninstalling norton right now, though it stopped working sometime in February. I get a strong connection, but my browser won't connect. Not even through the Spore server. I need help. I have additional details, if needed.
HELP!!!!

hi,

check your connection settings.

or renew you ip address.

start > run
type cmd and hit enter
then type ipconfig/renew and press enter.
now you should be able to get access to internet.
