Toshiba laptop not starting

Hello,
My toshbia satellite s55t won't start after trying to reset it and even tried to hard reset it but it does no good. Please help me fix or should I junk it


System Configuration: Android / Chrome 80.0.3987.132

Hello, you can try this:
  • Remove battery, remove plug and hit the power button for 30 seconds.
  • Then put back the battery and start your computer
  • Once you see something on the screen , plug the cord.
