My Facebook account is hidden

My Facebook account is hidden.
When I login with my email id and password it shows

Your account will remain hidden until you complete this process.”

After clicking continue it shows only one option

“Choose a security check
How do you want to confirm your identity?

Confirm your identity on another phone or computer”

After clicking on continue it shows

“Confirm your identity
To continue, please confirm your identity on a phone or computer that you've used before.

It gives only one option and after clicking on continue from same phone which I used before it shows

“Login was not approved"

When I clicked on

"Confirm identity in another way"

It show again same option

"Confirm your identity on another phone or computer"

Please help me to get my account back
