Access denied

trying to make user name and password for new device for some reason site kick me out. I try to go back to spectrummobile.com/activate and i have access denied error. now i cant activate new phone. please help. i may have to pay $ 50.dollars on my old service on my old service.

Hello, could you be more specific. What type of device are you trying to connect to?

I was trying to activate a samsung phone from spectrum. For some reason i abruptly left the site could not go back to it. But what i did i erased on my computers the cookies and certificates. And got back in. Thank you for your fast response though.????
