You could try changing your VPN server location. I've noticed that on occasion the VPN location isn't exact. For example I have used a French location, but had German results...

Language and region are set. Unfortunately to no avail.
I even get the yahoo homepage in Swedish. Interestingly, my VPN was set to German but my last activities are recorded in Linkoping, Sweden with my correct IP Address.
Would you have any more suggestions?
