You can change the router's password by accessing to the admin panel of your router, by typing the address 192.168.1.1 in your Web browser. You will also be able to see the IP addresses connected to your WiFi network and choose to block those that are unrecognized.
In addition, you can configure your router to allow access only to the MAC addresses of your devices. This means that the MAC addresses of devices that you have not authorized will not be able to establish a connection to your WiFi network.
