Instagram Blocking

Hello,

Lets say person A blocks person B. Person C tags person B in a photo. Person A follows person C, so will person A be able to see person be in the picture?

System Configuration: iPhone / Safari 13.1.1

Hi,

Person A can see Person B because they are the blocker. They can still search for Person B account and view their posts. On the other hand, Person B can't see Person A account, their posts, nor find it from the search as it is blocked.

Even if person B has a private account and Person C posted the photo?

As the account is private, Person A will not be able to see their profile and posts if they visit it. (A message will appear saying that the account is private and they must follow them).
