Hello,
Lately I have all sorts of issues getting my webcam to activate, It keeps coming up with the message that it is locked by another application. If I shut down and remove the battery that sometimes clears it , what can I do to solve this problem.

hi,

you need to find which application is using it and shut the application.

you may go to the task manager to find out which application it is.

to go to the task manager press alt + ctrl + del buttons on the keyboard.
