Hello,
my keyboard and mouse isnt working on my computer....... plzzzzz help me. also [no audio output device installed]  it keep saying. how do i fix the problemson my laptop????

they might have been disabled.

try to use an external keyboard to see if this works.

or it may be that he drivers are not installed.

for the sound, you need to install te sound driver.

post the make amd model of your laptop and we will send you a link to download the drivers.
