Try updating the SD card driver as it is not detected. First of all, connect the SD card to your PC. Press the Windows + R keys, type devmgmt.msc > Ok.
Expand the Disk drives section and right-click on the driver of your SD card. Choose Update driver > Search automatically for updated driver software. Once the driver is installed, reboot your computer.
If the problem persists, open the Start menu and type cmd. Right-click on it and choose Run as administrator. Next, in the black window, type chkdsk E: /f /r /x and press Enter. Replace the letter E by the one of your SD card. This command will search if the SD card is corrupted and try to repair it.

Have you tried the first step of updating the driver so that your PC will detect the SD card?

You may reset the password or format the SD card directly on your mobile phone. What's the model of your Nokia phone?

Thanks.
In the previous article I gave you, there are steps you can try in order recover the SD card password. These steps also apply to your Nokia phone. Here is the article.
Note: If you don't have a file manager, you can download one from the Opera Store.

Try formatting the SD card directly on your Nokia. Go to File manager and select Memory card. You'll see "Memory card locked".
Choose Options > Memory card options > Format. Then confirm by choosing Yes.
All data stored on the SD card will be permanently deleted and the password will be removed.

Normally, when you choose Memory card options > Format, it doesn't ask for the password. The option may be different in your Nokia phone, but try finding a similar option that allows you to format it.
If you still can't format the SD card without entering the password, alternatively, try using another mobile phone (if possible, use an Android phone) to be able to format it. You can also try with another computer, even if the first one you used didn't recognized it.
Good luck.
