Yes... we can find it... the #recycle.bin folder by clicking file, then choose options, go to view, then uncheck the 'hide protected system files and folders' but I've tried to open the following folders in the same folder of recycle bin:
S-1-5-18,
S-1-5-21-255023574-3292636155-3605569900-500,
and S-1-5-21-255023574-3292636155-3605569900-1000.
but when I opened it... It says 'Location is not available' and 'C:\$Recycle.Bin\{one of the folders I've mentioned above} is not accessible
Access is denied'
How to access it? please help me and the others with the same question.

Hi,

If the recycle bin has been emptied, this may be the cause why the folder is inaccessible.

Try using Recuva, a data recovery tool to recover your deleted files and folders.
