Hello Sevikodkod,
I have a couple of questions. Are you able to access other drives and how have you connected the HD to your computer?

Also, you could try to access your data via Linux Live CD.

I can access other drives fine. The permissions on one of them are being irritating, but this drive in particular will not even open at all, it won't even tell me the size or how much data is on it. I tried taking ownership already.
It's connected via sata2 cable to the motherboard.

I ended up using a program called TestDisk and got my files back :)
