I have forgotten my HDD password. Please, can anyone walk me through a reset procedure. Dell Inspirion 15r-5521

Hello, from this article on the Dell website they recommend that you contact Dell Support.
They may be able to provide you with a password reset.
Even if you were to do a Factory Reset, you would risk losing all of your data if you had not previously backed it up.
