To fix the "Try again later" error, follow the below steps one by one
1. Change your account password
Change the Instagram password on your device or change the Instagram password on the desktop website
2. Report the problem on Instagram
Go to your profile
Tap on the three lines
Then Tap on “Settings”
Next, tap on Help
Now select the "Report a problem" item and follow the instructions.
Finally, explain the problem in the box and report it on Instagram
5.Then, Log out of your Instagram account
4. Leave your account for a few hours
