Hello,
I got a message on Instagram today saying try again later we restrict certain activity to protect our community etc.
Has anyone gotten this before and does it go away??

Hi,
I found a solution that works for some users. If you've a link or username that you tagged in your bio, remove it and log out from your Instagram account. Then log back in.
