HOtmail mesages

Good morning, I have a Hotmail account. . When I receive junk mail I open the message and then on the message click the icon on the to block any further messages from the sender. I now find I need to unblock one of those addresses but cannot see how to do it. I have found my blocked sender folder which shows I have over 1000 blocked, but only shows a list of about 12 addresses. How do I reinstate one from the 1000 which are not shown. Robert
