Hacked pet page and disappeared personal page

So in the beginning of March somehow my FB personal page disappeared and my pet’s community page was taken over by a hacker who is soliciting funds on behalf of my pet from his followers. My pet’s IG account has also disappeared. It says I have 11 days till my account is deleted. I reported the hacked account and submitted my ID but no help is on the way. Very frustrating.

Hello, unfortunately, it sounds like you've done everything possible to report your hacked account.

Here is an article on how to recover a hacked facebook account, that may have some additional information.

What do you mean turning it on and off again? I have tried logging out but that doesn’t help.

Oh! I see. Yes. I tried the instructions but nothing seems to help. I need someone at Facebook to actually work with me to recover the account not just automated no reply email with instructions which they did send me. My cute corgi has 32,000 FB followers. I want the page back! www.Facebook.com/peanut.the.corgi but I need my personal FB page back first since it controls his. Whenever I try to log in with my email or phone number it says log in error, try again later. I cannot even create a new Facebook account!
