Laptop suddenly turns off

Hello,

My laptop suddenly turns off and cannot open ..but when i charge it ..it can be on but when i remove my charger the laptoo suddenly turns off again

If your laptop turns off immediately when you unplug it from a power source, it means your battery is not working. Most likely, your battery reached the end of its useful life and stopped holding a charge. This can happen for the same reasons the battery itself might get damaged.

The battery will need to be replaced. It is a great indication that your charger adapter is not working, since you can use your laptop while it is plugged in. Please make sure your computer is turned off. If this doesn't work, you might be having a wiring problem inside the laptop.
