Hi,
If you're using Windows 10 and a Microsoft account, you simply need to reset the password of that account by going to this link from a Web brower.
If you don't use a Microsoft account, you can try restoring your laptop to an earlier time to use your old password. If you haven't changed your password, and don't have access to an administrator account, nor a password reset disk, the better way it to try to remember your password.
Otherwise, you'll need to reinstall Windows and all your data will be lost.
