The battery LED indicator on the laptops flashes in an amber/white pattern to indicate a hardware component failure. Use the following table to determine the meaning of each LED flashing sequence.
Note: The first number in the LED Flash Sequence column indicates the number of amber flashes, and the second number indicates the number of white flashes.
Example: The number corresponding to the memory or RAM not detected is (2,3): the battery LED flashes amber twice and then white flashes three times.
The battery LED will stop blinking for 1.5 seconds between amber and white blinking, and the sequence will repeat after a 3-second pause.
