Can't log in into Yahoo Mail

Hello,

I can't log in into my yahoo mail account.
I remember my pasword but it went like "We've noticed some unusual account activity.For your safety, choose a method below to verify that it's really you signing in to this account."
the problem is I didnt use the phone number anymore.
please how to fix it? thank you
