Business account: unable to promote posts as “an error has occurred”

Hello,
I’ve been experiencing problems with the promotions on IG. It’s been a week now I’ve been unable to promote my posts or edit my current promotions. When I click on “edit” or “promote” it shows “an error as occurred from our side please try later”. I’ve reported this issues several times to the support, I’ve used the Ad manager, I’ve updated my security details on both IG and FB.. I’ve literally tried them all and nothing is happening. I need the promotions to get new clients and I’m so annoyed I’m unable to do this. Impossible to speak to someone human on IG and the Help section with their useless questions doesn’t help at all. Is someone else experiencing this or someone can help me?
