Hello,
Hello, I login into my ymail account but there's a security question and i forgot the answer for it a long time ago, but the account is active. is there a way i can access to my ymail account? so that i can recover my hacked facebook account also? i need to access my ymail so that i can recover my facebook account, please be considerate. thank you.

Hi,

I recommand you to use a device, browser and location that you usually use to access your Yahoo account, so that they will allow you to enter your password.

Try clearing your Web browser cache and cookies if Yahoo still asks you to answer your security questions.

You can also follow these instructions to recover your Yahoo account if you cannot access it even after following the above steps.
