Help us recover your account not working

Hi,

Long story short I've been locked out of my account and I'm trying to regain access. When I click on "Forgotten password?" it takes me to a "trouble with logging in?" page where I can either request to send a link to the email associated with my username, or a link to my phone number. When I click "Need more help" while on the Username tab it takes me to the help center which is entirely useless. When I click on the Phone number tab and click need more help it does the same thing, but when I type the number associated with the account I'm locked out of, it takes me to a "Help Us Recover Your Account" page however it's weirdly only allowing me to undertake a recovery process for my secondary account, which I can already log into? I've logged into it and my number isn't linked to this account so I have no idea why this is happening? It should be giving me a recovery process for the account that I'm locked out of and that has my phone number linked to it? Any help?
