I keep getting blocked from liking, commenting and following...

So I join a lot of IG Contests and most require you to like the post, follow them, share the post and tag a bunch of friends to enter.
I keep getting restricted from doing anything because of this. I try not to do too many at once and only tag 3 or 4 people but I still get flagged as a spam bot pretty much.
Of course IG doesn't give you a time frame as to when you can go about your normal business again or give you any details.
What can I do to still participate in IG contests but not continue to keep getting restricted?

Hello, you could always create a secondary Instagram account to use for when you want to enter competitions. Because of the nature of these competitions, where you need to tag multiple people, and or post multiple comments, Instagram will consider these type of interactions to be spam, and will continue to limit them.

I do have 2 accounts. One is my personal and the other is for entering and sharing free samples and giveaways. So ya, at least my personal profile is fine but it's a bummer to miss out on giveaways because of restrictions on my other account :)

What do you mean keep getting blocked?...I was blocked over a week ago for the first time and they have yet to unrestrict me.
