when we open c or d drive so it not open and sowingthis error
the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). click on ok to terminate the application.
then we ok he sowing agin mesage

this may be due to a worm.

download and install the MalwareBytes' AntiMalware tool to clean your computer.

you may access the drives by right-clicking on them and then select explore.
